All LLMs accept /v1/chat/completions, /v1/messages, and stateless /v1/responses. The Stateful badge marks models whose provider natively supports /v1/responses with reasoning continuity across turns (encrypted_content on OpenAI / OpenAI Codex, Anthropic thinking blocks on Anthropic / Claude Code).
